Get into the Irish spirit with our St. Paddy’s Day-inspired sausage-making class! This hands-on experience will have you crafting two festive sausages: a Potato/Beer-Infused Sausage and a flavorful Irish Cabbage Sausage—perfect for celebrating March 17th in true Irish style.

In this class, you’ll:
🍺 Learn the art of sausage-making with expert guidance.
🌭 Create one of the two (your choice),  Irish-inspired sausage varieties.
🍷 Enjoy complimentary wine pairings curated by our Sommelier.

Frozen Products

All frozen products will be shipped in an ice box three times a week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Frozen goods cannot be shipped with other products.

Dry Goods 

All dry goods will be shipped as soon as items are available.

Fresh Meat Products 

Fresh Meat products can only be picked up from Spring Hill Store or Lynnville Processing Plant.
