We purchase hogs from a farmer we have known for years, and you can buy them from us fully processed. We provide a custom cut, including making sausage. Our Pork cutting instructions form will help you decide how you would like your pork cut and packaged. We vacuum package all of our products so that they can last 12+ months in your freezer.
Please note, that once your deposit is made, it may take between a month and two months before the pork is ready for pick up. Please be sure to indicate your preferred pick up location in the order. Please bring your own coolers for meat pick up.
