Are you interested in learning about Light Hill Meats' farm operation? Do you care about how the cattle are raised? Curious about what makes our beef different from the grocery store?
Spend Saturday, April 26 (8:30 am -1 pm) with Light Hill Meats' owner, Ben Neale, at two of our working cattle farms in Giles County. Ben will discuss topics in-depth like cattle feeding procedures, daily/seasonal routine of the farm, cattle health, and forage practices. At the second stop, Ben will share an overview of Light Hill Meats' history and discuss the overall beef business, processing, and dry-aging. There will be opportunities to see cattle following Ben's presentations (not a petting zoo experience) and ask questions directly with Ben.
• This is a drive-on-your event. There will be two stops (addresses listed below).
• $35 ticket which includes lunch: LHM-made smoked tri-tip, veggie sides, and beverages
• Register by April 19
• Cell phone reception and restrooms are limited at the first stop. Drink your morning coffee responsibly and plan ahead! :)
Stop 1 at 8:30 AM: 15616 Campbellsville Rd, Lynnville
