In option 1, you will receive:

• 5 lbs. of local & dry-aged ground beef (1lb packages)
• 2 ribeye steaks
• 1 pork baby back rib package
• 1 lb. country sausage
• 1 lb. sweet Italian brats (3 links)
• 1 lb. bacon
  

Pre-ordering begins on April 1. Pick-ups will start on April 8. If you order after April 8, please expect 24-48 business hours before you receive a pick-up notification email. All meat will be frozen. Place the meat in your refrigerator or a cold water bath to thaw it.
