In option 2, you will receive:

• 10 lbs. of local & dry-aged ground beef (1lb. packages)
• 4 Ribeye steaks
• 2 Beef flank steaks
• 2 lbs. of country sausage
• 2 lbs. of bacon
• 2 lbs. of sweet Italian sausages (6 links) 
• 2 pork tenderloins

Pre-ordering begins on Jan. 1. Pick-ups will start on Jan. 10. If you order after Jan. 10, please expect 24-48 business hours before you receive a pick-up notification email. All meat will be frozen. Place the meat in your refrigerator or a cold water bath to thaw it.
