- 4 New York strip steaks
- 2 beef tri-tips
- 2 lbs. country sausage

- 2 pork tenderloins
Pre-ordering begins on Feb. 4. Pick-ups will start on Feb.11 . If you order after Feb. 11, please expect 24-48 business hours before you receive a pick-up notification email. All meat will be frozen. Place the meat in your refrigerator or a cold water bath to thaw it.
