Tri-tip roast is a delicious and flavorful cut of beef that is perfect for any occasion. Cut from the bottom sirloin of the cow, this roast has a rich, beefy taste and a tender, succulent texture. Its triangular shape makes it a unique and eye-catching option for any dinner table, and its versatility in the kitchen means it can be roasted, grilled, or slow-cooked to perfection. Easy recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 pound tri-tip roast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Place the tri-tip roast in a roasting pan and season it generously with the spice mixture.
  4. Roast the tri-tip in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C) for medium-rare.
  5. Remove the roast from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
  6. Enjoy!

Frozen Products

All frozen products will be shipped in an ice box three times a week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Frozen goods cannot be shipped with other products.

Dry Goods 

All dry goods will be shipped as soon as items are available.

Fresh Meat Products 

Fresh Meat products can only be picked up from Spring Hill Store or Lynnville Processing Plant.
